She was the Exercise Physiologist and Health Promotion Educator for Ventura County, with a population over 1 million. She has conducted education seminars, exercise classes, fitness testing and exercise programs in the areas of disease management, strength and conditioning, joint mobility, and nutrition education. Anne was the lead instructor for Santa Barbara College's Fitness Program, curriculum included: Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Basic and Sports Nutrition. A recent transplant from Southern California, Anne left many long term clients to move up with her husbands job relocation.
