Gentle Bliss Yoga is part somatic, part Viniyoga, part completely my own style and is fluid and therapeutic in nature. We experience the use of very slow mindful repetition synchronized with the breath. We slowly move into and out of poses, mostly reclining on the floor, then we relax and release into a passive yoga pose allowing gravity to assist us in unraveling and unfolding. This practice will help to deepen the many health benefits of yoga. This class is appropriate for all, beginners and all ages regardless of physical limitations as modifications are always given. We have all the yoga props you may need including yoga mats but you are encourage to bring your own and please bring your own water. All are welcome!

CORE FLOW YOGA - Mondays, Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm & Saturdays 10:45-11:45 am
Core Flow Yoga is a fun blend of Yoga and Pilates in a boot-camp style where the physical focus is a balanced approach to core strength, posture and stability. The broader focus is finding a deep inner strength that supports everything we do and from a yogic perspective, it is the core of who we are. Although this is an all level class and all are welcome, for a better over all experience it is advisable that you be reasonably fit and have no pertinent physical limitations and please pace yourself.

Come explore your inner Goddess, developing, strength, stamina and flexibility in this safe and fun
Egyptian /American Style Belly Dance class we will learn how to isolate, undulate and shimmy!
• We will have a nice warm-up, drills and cool-down.
• You will learn traditional Belly Dance moves that can be applied to any style.
• This class is open to everyone, any level, any age, any size and any shape.
• Prepare to sweat a little and have a lot of fun.
Just wear comfortable clothes such as yoga pants or a long skirt. We have hip scarf's for you to wear if you want. You
do not need prior dance experience but if you do have experience you will be stimulated as this is a multilevel class.

SLOW FLOW YOGA Fridays 9:00-10:30 am (No class Nov. 25)
You will be taken through each pose slowly and mindfully, even the transitions from pose to pose is like one long
slow graceful dance, filling you with a sense of freedom and peace. Build a stronger body while releasing tension and
flow your way into a more blissful state! You will learn about deepening your breath and how it anchors you in your body, helping you to live more in the present moment. This class is suitable for beginners with little or no yoga experience however the most experience yoga practitioner will also be challenged as sometimes less is more. When we take time, our nervous systems relax, our minds slow down, our muscles become supple, our breath deepens – our inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance, which one experiences as peace, tranquility and stress reduction. In this class, you will learn to honor and work with your individuality, experiencing for yourself the union of your mind and body.

Spontanee-us is a community that meets weekly and thrives doing improvisational activities, theater games, acting exercises, physical and vocal warm-ups, and of course, spontaneous eruptions. Our meetings guarantee tons of fun and laughter. Jump right in and participate or sit back as an audience member. Come join us and see what it's all about!
