Lotus Levin is a yogini with a lifetime of experience beginning with Sivananda Vedanta Center Chicago and Bhaktivedanta Center Chicago. An automobile accident crystallized her understanding of how to self-heal with yoga which led to training’s with masters including the two founding fathers of modern hatha: BKS Iyengar and Patabhi Jois. As owner of Ajna Yoga she created a signature style reflecting years of training and personal synthesis for transformation. Too numerous to detail here her studies include Jivamukti Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Erich Schiffmann including appearing in his Live2 video, becoming a Kriyabahn through SRF and more.
